I work with clients navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, attachment wounds, military-related stress, bipolar disorder, motherhood, perinatal concerns, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Together, we will work to understand the patterns that keep repeating, build tools that help in real life, and create space for healing that feels grounded, practical, and human.
