Therapy is not one-size fits all
My approach to therapy is down-to-earth, collaborative, and rooted in psychodynamic and person-centered perspectives. I work with clients to help them build more adaptive habits that support a life aligned with their values—one that feels both meaningful and fulfilling. I believe that therapy should be a space where you can feel truly seen, supported, and understood.
At the heart of my work is a therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and genuine connection. I show up as a real person—grounded, present, and engaged—because I believe meaningful change occurs when clients feel both supported and empowered to explore the roots of their experiences. Together, we approach this work with curiosity, compassion, and a shared commitment to building a life that feels aligned, intentional, and emotionally meaningful.
